What the contact form collects — and why

The contact form on this website collects the following fields when you choose to submit an enquiry:

This data is used for one purpose only: to deliver an email response to your enquiry. It is transmitted to our email delivery provider solely to route the message.

We do not retain your contact form data in a database or CRM beyond the period needed to send the reply. Your data is not used for marketing, profiling, or any secondary purpose.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries — and, where you are requesting a service, Article 6(1)(b).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use any tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels. We do not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent service.

A session cookie may be set by the web server for standard operational purposes (e.g., to manage form state). This cookie contains no personal data and is not used for tracking or profiling.

Third-party services

The only third-party service that receives personal data from this website is our email delivery provider, which receives your contact form submission solely to route the email to us. That provider acts as a data processor under a written data-processing agreement.

We do not share personal data with any other third party for their own purposes.
